Successful therapy is not measured by a magical number of sessions. Some clients may seek therapy for a time-limited issue and have a significant alleviation of symptoms in 10 sessions. Other clients may be experiencing an ongoing crisis or may be healing from years of trauma, which can sometimes result in years of therapy.
The timeline of therapy is less important than the nature of therapy. Active participation and consistent attendance of sessions will result in better therapeutic outcomes.
I am a private pay provider. My fees can be found under the "services" tab. I do not currently work with insurance providers, but I am happy to provide you with a superbill of your services for you to file with your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
